Return/refund policy.

If you change your mind and no longer want your Blink eSIM, we will refund you 100% of the money.

Requirements:

  • To request by email or WhatsApp indicating your name and order number (you received it by email). You can send a screenshot.
  • Not having scanned/activated the eSIM or having consumed part or all of the plan.
  • No more than 30 days (31 days or more) have passed from the date of purchase.No more than 30 days (31 days or more) have passed from the date of purchase.

If you have any problem with the connection after having activated your Blink eSIM, you can contact us and we will solve your problem.
