Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between the user (“you” or “the Client”) and Traveler SIM SL, website owner Blink eSIM: Cheap mobile data in 190 countries and 5G coverage and the services associated with the BLINK eSIM GROUP (“BLINK”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Traveler SIM SL It is registered with CIF B13826482 and tax address in Madrid, Avda. del Talgo 228, 5D, 28023 Madrid.

Tours and Travel Worldwide Inc (651 N Broad St, Middletown, 19709, New Castle, USA) acts exclusively as a payment processor. It does not offer or manage the eSIM service nor is it responsible for it. Any query or claim related to the service should be directed exclusively to Traveler SIM SL.

By using our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. We reserve the right to make changes or modifications at any time and for any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review this document to stay informed of updates.

Fair Use Policy 
The Fair Use Policy is a worldwide standard applied by local operators to ensure all users enjoy balanced access to the network. In some cases, this may mean a temporary reduction in speed. At BLINK, we make sure you never stay disconnected: You can wait until midnight, when high-speed access is automatically restored. Or request immediate reactivation through our whatsapp number by paying for the day.

1. Service Description

1.1. BLINK eSIM provides prepaid eSIM with data plans for internet access through global agreements with telecom operators. This service does not include voice calls or SMS messages.

1.2. BLINK eSIM It is not designed or intended for emergencies. For emergency calls, we recommend using your device's main SIM, which is compatible with the emergency services of the country you are in.

1.3. The quality and availability of the service depend on local telecommunications networks. BLINK cannot guarantee continuous coverage or constant speed, as it depends on the conditions of the networks provided by its partners.

1.4. If you purchase a data plan with “unlimited” or “Flat Rate” usage, such usage will be subject to the network provider's reasonable usage policy and/or other limitations. This means that excessive or disproportionate use could result in speed limitations or connection restrictions to ensure quality service for all users.

1.5. BLINK is not responsible for charges associated with roaming of the client's main SIM or eSIM. The customer must ensure that they disable roaming on their primary SIM or eSIM if they do not wish to incur additional charges from their operator.

1.6. BLINK is not responsible for errors in the configuration of the client's mobile terminal. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their device is configured correctly to use the service.

1.7. The eSIM activation and/or connection process may take several minutes when arriving in a new country. The customer is advised to be patient while the device establishes the connection.

2. Registration

2.1. To use our services, the Client must register on Blink eSIM: Cheap mobile data in 190 countries and 5G coverage and provide truthful information, including first name, last name, and a valid email address.

2.2. During registration, the Client must accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy and Cookies Policy.

2.3. By providing your personal details or contacting BLINK eSIM via WhatsApp, you consent to the collection and use of your WhatsApp phone number and any information you choose to share. You also consent to receiving messages from BLINK eSIM via WhatsApp. These messages may include, but are not limited to, service-related updates, account notifications, recharge alerts, customer support communications, promotional offers, product information, travel-related updates, and any other communications necessary to deliver and improve our services. You acknowledge and agree that such communications are an integral part of the services provided by BLINK eSIM.

3. Purchase and Activation

3.1. Customers can purchase an eSIM and associated data plans through our website or from authorized partners.

3.2. Once the eSIM is downloaded to your device, it cannot be transferred to another device. The duration of the data plan will begin to count from the moment of activation.

3.3. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure their device is eSIM compatible and unlocked prior to purchase.

4. Duration and Termination

4.1 The service will begin upon activation of the data plan associated with the eSIM and will end either when the plan expires or when the data is fully consumed, whichever comes first.

Any unused balance will be preserved for up to 24 months for future travel.

To simplify the user experience and help customers better manage their spending, the mobile data service via eSIM is charged on a calendar day basis, calculated according to the local time zone of the country where the customer is located. Each day is defined as running from 00:00 to 23:59 local time, allowing users to clearly understand when the service is active and avoid unexpected charges. This means there's no need to track hours from the moment of activation — customers are only billed for the natural days in which they are connected, with no extra charges based on complicated or partial time periods.

4.2. BLINK reserves the right to deactivate active eSIMs without prior notice. The Client can always acquire a new eSIM through the enabled channels in case theirs stops working.

4.3. BLINK also reserves the right to charge maintenance for an active eSIM. This charge will be applied according to current policies and will be communicated to the Client through the corresponding channels.

4.4. After the expiration or consumption of the data plan, the eSIM will remain installed in the device but will not have functionality. BLINK will not be responsible for its continued use until the Customer purchases a new data plan.

5. Guarantees and Limitations of Liability

5.1. The service is provided “as is” and as available. BLINK does not guarantee continuous coverage, network quality or specific speeds as it depends on local networks.

5.2. BLINK does not provide any warranty or make any representations regarding the eSIM or the service. All warranties and conditions, whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise, are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5.3. BLINK is not responsible for:
⦁ Service interruptions due to failures in local telecommunications networks.
⦁ Connection problems caused by external interference, weather conditions, local infrastructure, or characteristics of your device.
⦁ Charges associated with roaming of the client's main SIM or eSIM.
⦁ Failures in the configuration of the client's mobile device.
⦁ Indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to the use of the service.

5.4. To the extent permitted by law, BLINK's total liability to Customer, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by Customer in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 euros, whichever is greater.

5.5. If a connection problem arises, the Customer can inform BLINK by email (blinkesim@blinkesim.com) or WhatsApp. We will work with our partners to try to resolve it, but we do not guarantee an immediate or complete solution.

5.6. BLINK will not be responsible for limitations or restrictions imposed by the reasonable use policies of the associated operators.

6. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

6.1. Customers can request a refund prior to data plan activation. Upon activation, refunds will only be considered if:
⦁ The issue is due to a known flaw in the BLINK infrastructure.
⦁ The device was not compatible with eSIM and the Customer can prove this.

6.2. To request a refund, contact the support team at blinkesim@blinkesim.com.

6.3. Refunds are subject to verification and will be provided in accordance with BLINK policies. Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from bricked or incompatible devices where compatibility has not been previously confirmed by the Customer.

7. Obligations of the Client

7.1. The Client undertakes to:
⦁ Use the service only for personal purposes.
⦁ Do not carry out illegal, abusive activities or activities that negatively affect the network.
⦁ Keep registration information up to date and accurate.

7.2. The Client must not use the eSIM to:
⦁ Fraudulent or criminal activities.
⦁ Transfer or share its use with third parties.
⦁ Massive downloads that may affect the network or infringe intellectual property rights.

7.3. BLINK may suspend the service in the event of misuse or breach of these Terms and Conditions, and reserves the right to seek compensation for damages to the extent permitted by law.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. This Agreement will be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts and tribunals of Madrid, unless the law provides otherwise.

8.2. The Customer is responsible for complying with applicable local laws in the country where the Service is used.

9. Modifications to the Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will be published on our website and the Customer will be deemed to have accepted them by continuing to use the service.

9.2. If the Client does not agree with the modifications, they may stop using the service and request the cancellation of their account.
